Tampa RV Show and Scottish Highland Games

Farquhar Clan Coat of Arms

The grass is starting to get high around the wheels of the motorhome, as we're still at Manatee Cove Family Campground at Patrick AFB near Cocoa Beach, Florida. We've been here for the past 3 1/2 months, with two weeks left before we start our 2020 traveling. The weather has finally cooled off into the upper 60's. We're even running the heater most mornings now. But the bugs continue to keep attac...

Vacationing With The Mouse

Spending the week with the Mouse

Yep, this Blog is a little late! I wanted to wait writing it, so I could include our latest adventure. But first, let's start where we last ended. We'll see how that goes, and hopefully they'll get better. So here's Episode 1 of The Happy Wanderers videos. Let us know what you think of the idea on making travel videos.

Finally - Traveling North

Camp Blanding, Starke, FL

These past few weeks haven't been very exciting. No sightseeing for us. While waiting for RV service, we've mostly been working on our software development for a client. They made some last-minute changes and the software has to be ready for delivery by mid-April. Staying put ended up being a good thing and we're back on track for an on-time delivery. While we only planned for a one week stay, our...

Plans are Flexible

Just a quick update... After we arrived at the Joint Base Charleston RV Park, SC, we visited downtown Charleston for a quick visit. We just walked around a historic area of Georgian row houses, avoiding people. Many of the row houses from the mid-1600's have been renovated. It was an interesting walk. But it was the next day that news on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the USA quic...
