Great Website. This is my first time on the site and it was the idea of Full Time RV life that attracted us. I am retired military but am still working with a civilian company yhat I have been with for over 13 yrs. I bought a motorhome about 1 1/2 tears ago and my wife and I have been thinking of becoming Full Time RVers so I look forward to reading all about this lifestyle on you site. Thanks for sharing this info with us.

Hello there. Nice looking website. I notice you have a solar array atop the MH. I'll get off an email to ask you some questions about you system.

Happy wandering!

Can't wait to read all your website and catch you on the road somewhere. Jim retired Army 1980 and again at age 65 in Jul 07. Sold our home and are on the road reuniting with friends and family after spending 30 years in AK. Will continue, Lord willing, and return to AK every other summer to spend time with our family there. This is the life. God's beauty is everywhere. I'm journaling. Looks like I need to learn how to do this.

I am awestruck at how wonderful RVers are about sharing info. I am a soon to be Newbie, hopefully fulltime sooner rather than later, single woman age 58. Just a glance at your budgets has been tremendously encouraging ! I am going to come back and read everything - thank you !

my husband is 100% disabled vet and our house is for sale sure would like to join the traveling happy campers not sure what to do, but after reading your comments we might be talked into it looking for a big camper now, we have a pop up and trailer to pull the motorcycles, see you on the road someday

Admin reply: While living this type of lifestyle isn't for everyone, we think it's GREAT! Once you get your new rig, try to get out for an extended trip. Perhaps 6 months to see what it's like. You'll have a better idea if this lifestyle is for you.

My wife and I have just began the adventure. I am retired Army age 43 100% Disabled Veteran and my wife is disabled w/asthma but we ar not going to let that get in the way of travel and ministering to the "Happy Wanderers" of the world. We are pushing off in February and we will begin a Fort to Fort and Base to Base travel sabatical. I like the website and it has been helpful researching the MWR facilities throughout the USA. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time in the mountains of Colorado and would like to winter somewhere that has a modeate snowy winter. I will also be looking for an RV park in need of a licensed and ordained minister to hold Christian services. Drop us a line if you have some much needed advise on the wintering and if you run across a beautiful area in the Mts. that needs a minister. Keep the good work and enjoy your time off.
God bless you and yours.

Rev. Rick and Gina Stroud

You are really organized. We full-timed for about four years but couldn't stay away from the Doctors long enough to really enjoy; so we boutht a little garden home here in Calhoun, GA. This is the area where I retired from work (21 years Air Force/22 yrs Anheuser-Busch); and it is near our 2 children. We do still have our motorhome and we going to try a 3 wk trip on Nov 09, 2008. This is going to be a test run since I am recooperating from surgery for lung cancer. It has been nice talking to you. Take care and enjoy because you never know what tomorrow will bring. Good Luck.

Admin reply: You said it - "You never know what the future holds" - which is one reason we left the traditional life for this wonderful way of living!
